Call to Order.

Adoption of minutes of the previous meeting.
                The Mar 13, 2011 meeting minutes were adopted.

Committee Reports.

1. Financial Report:

The May 12th Financial Statement was distributed and reviewed. This report includes the show finances.

2. Newsletter and Website

Bill reported that content is always welcome for the newsletter. He is planning on issuing one more newsletter for June before taking the summer off.

For the website Bill reported the following stats:
        For the year ending May 1, 2011     Visitors to site: 18,193
                                                            Pages               35,000
                                                            Hits                 142,000
The newsletter and website are effective tools for the club and Bill was thanked for his work.

3. Carousel Horse:

Work is ongoing and progressing well. Feel free to join us on Sunday afternoons. After travelling to the show the horse is back in the shop and work continues.

4. 2011 Regina / Moose Jaw Show:

A review of the 2011 Show drafted by Ken Smith was discussed. It was decided that a summary of this draft would be included in the newsletter and the full document would be made available to the club members.

Additional points:
Jean-Marie reported that Ecole Msgr de Laval may be available at a more reasonable rent.
The location and number of advertising signs was discussed.
The concept of show committee members with assigned duties was endorsed.

It was decided to start all club meetings at 7 pm.

Queen Victoria Estates has requested our participation in their Father’s Day Barbecue. Ken Smith will be handling the details.
